About me
Sydney Alie was raised in Denver, Colorado and began dancing at the age of 3. Sydney is currently enrolled in the Steps on Broadway Professional Conservatory Program. You can see her dancing in the newest season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel as well as in Steps On Broadway’s newest video project, directed and choreographed by Jess LeProtto. Most recently, Sydney had the opportunity to work closely with Tony award-winning choreographer Christopher Gattelli, on Schmigadoon, and this fall she is a cast member of the Broadway Production of Grease on the Royal Caribbean cruise line. Sydney has a deep passion for ballet and has had the opportunity to work with incredible mentors and teachers including Kurt Froman, Wendy Whelan, Ashley Tuttle, and Heather Hawk. She is passionate about educating young dancers and deepening their knowledge and understanding of ballet.
